Carl Chaste was born and raised Charles Caste in Paris.

He started to learn piano at the age of 8, then drums at the age of 12. Meanwhile, he began to write his own electronic compositions on hardware & computers at 14, and never stopped since.

He toured the world for years as a drummer with numerous bands, playing a wide variety of genre, from Punk to Big Beat and Techno to Black Metal. A rare polyvalence, also reflected in the hundreds of songs he produced by himself in the meantime.

But it’s only in 2019 that he finally felt it was time to release his very own personal solo project, going back to his original DNA, his first love, House Music.

Crafted for years in the shadows, his unique sound comes out as a very raw, straight-to-the-point, “less is more” approach to this genre.

He composes, writes, mixes and masters all of his songs.
